GUNT DigiSkills learning projects are a revolution in the teaching of Industry 4.0. Due to the increasing digitalisation of work processes in the context of Industry 4.0, the teaching of digital skills to college students is now an essential part of T Level engineering education.

The first of the five innovative GUNT DigiSkills learning projects is GUNT DigiSkills 1 – Engineering Drawing. This entry-level project includes hardware for important hands-on experience, and divided into three modules that build on each other:

  • geometric models as a basis for spatial imagination
  • functional models with a technical function
  • application of Geometrical Product Specifications (GPS)

As part of the learning package, the GUNT Media Centre offers accompanying digital documents for each of the individual modules. All the drawings are available in digital format, along with 3D models of the work pieces, as well as manuals and videos. This combination makes it possible to teach comprehensive digital skills.
