Bringing Hydrogen Education into the Wider Conversation
This is one of the themes GUNT Technology Ltd will be taking to the Hydrogen Scotland Conference 2026 in Glasgow on 6 October.
We are pleased to announce that GUNT Technology Limited will be showcasing the ET 278 Principles of the H₂ circuit (PEM) at the conference.
The ET 278 brings together PEM electrolysis, hydrogen storage and a PEM fuel cell in one complete hydrogen circuit, allowing learners to explore how electrical energy is converted into hydrogen and then back into electrical energy. It also features integrated PLC control and data acquisition, with screen mirroring to up to 10 end devices.

The conference will also provide an opportunity to look beyond the equipment and discuss the wider skills requirements of a developing hydrogen sector.
Henry Heckmann, GUNT Technology Ltd’s Technical Sales Manager for Ireland and Northern Ireland, will be contributing to the Hydrogen Skills & Workforce Training workshop, alongside representatives from the Energy Skills Partnership and Hydrogen Challenge. The workshop forms part of the conference programme focused on the skills and workforce needed to support the development of hydrogen in Scotland.
For GUNT Technology Ltd, this is an important part of the conversation. Practical training needs to reflect the technologies learners may encounter in industry, while giving educators the flexibility to connect hands-on activities with engineering principles and classroom teaching.
